Dr. Konstantin Schamber is an entrepreneur, business networker, visiting lecturer, and a European Coaching Association (ECA) and KE+P (Volkswagen) certified expat trainer and executive coach; working in three languages and advising both individuals and (global) organizations on issues of international communication, inspirational leadership and intercultural creativity.
Dr. Schamber specializes in the development and support of Executives and High Potentials who live and work in innovative multi-disciplinary, multi-professional and cross-cultural environments. He is a leading expert in intercultural collaboration and inspirational leadership supporting personal learning, team development, cultural shift, and organizational change.
Konstantin is the author of two scientific pieces of work devoted to HR management of High Potentials and the internationalization of Chinese multinational enterprises. He is a speaker at various international conferences focusing on business cooperation, sustainable innovation, human resource development, and is a frequently invited guest lecturer at twelve leading universities in Europe and Asia.

Dr. Schamber graduated from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, faculties of economic sociology and social psychology; where he received his PhD, working with the well-known German sociologist and political philosopher Prof. Dr. Ulrich Beck.
Since 2010 Dr. Schamber has headed StrategicInterCom - Center for Strategic Intercultural Communication as founder and managing director; since 2012 he has also represented the European Coaching Association e.V. in China as its President and since 2015 he has represented the Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises - MITTELSTAND INTERNATIONAL in Russia and CIS.
