StrategicInterCom Managing Director Dr. Konstantin Schamber was invited to present his paper titled “Consequences of influence of e-learning technologies on educational sector from the point of view of a nation state” at the IV International Conference on Education, which was held in Moscow from September 29 to October 1, 2010.
